4. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed monthly. Digital product purchases are one-time payments. All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials provided through MADAAREMOTE are owned by MADAAREMOTE LLC. Digital products are licensed for personal or business use as specified at purchase.
6. Limitation of Liability
MADAAREMOTE provides financial tools for informational and organizational purposes only. We do not provide financial advice, and results may vary. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
